* Maintain ownership of group blocks; this includes monitoring pickup numbers/ inventory, creating booking links. Monitor Passkey reservations process including RezHub, inventory balancing, cut-off dates, etc.
* Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements.
* Process and handle airline reservations, VIP reservations, and employee reservations.
* Coordinate group reservations with in-house departments and outside group contacts. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls and emails as appropriate, assists internal and external customers.
* Review Group File Checklist and Resumes for completion and accuracy prior to event check-in.
* Initiate and prepare reports, as well as assist with other administrative duties as needed
* Attend weekly Group Pick-up Meeting, resume meeting, as well as pre-conference meetings.
* Assist with training new team members.
* Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance.
* Perform other duties as directed by the Director of Revenue, Director of Rooms or Director of Front Office.

What will I be doing?
As a Starbucks Barista, you would be responsible for greeting and serving guests beverages and/or food in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
