The Night Service Representative Part Time responds to certain types of on-call business needs during overnight hours when the hotel lobby is closed and ensures services provided are consistent, courteous, and meet high standards of quality to maintain guest satisfaction. MAJOR /KEY JOB FUNCTIONS
The following job duties will vary and may or may not be required to be performed during a given shift, depending on occurrences during said shift.
* Attend to guests upon call notification from outside service agent for check-ins, emergency maintenance issues, guest noise complaints, and safety and security situations.
* Maintain control of all hotel keys, including safeguarding from mishandling or theft.

This position is responsible for care and cleanliness of all common areas as well as the preventative maintenance and care of the guest rooms. The position will provide an attractive, clean, safe and secure building by handling minor mechanical, maintenance, security and other matters regarding the hotel in a systematic manner.
Essential Functions of the position may include, but are not limited to the following:
Perform all assigned preventative maintenance work on guest rooms and equipment and record all the work done. Keep proper records and reports.
Perform minor maintenance tasks in hotel.
Maintain professional curb appeal.
Follow all MSDS and OSHA requirements at all times.
Keep all working areas clean and in orderly condition. Keep all tools and supplies secure and organized.
Be prepared to clean sidewalks and entrances to the hotel of ice and snow, when necessary.
Provide assistance to other team members to contribute to the smooth operation of the department and hotel. Including laundry, housekeeping, breakfast and front desk.
Perform all duties as required and other tasks as assigned while following good housekeeping habits and safe work practices.
Assist department in issuing and receiving all incoming projects.
Complete any special cleaning projects as assigned. Deep cleaning carpets as scheduled.
Polish, dust and shine surfaces. Clean glass indoors and throughout the hotel.
Clean and wax appropriate floor surfaces.
Act as an expeditor between the housekeeping department and housekeepers.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years general cleaning/maintenance experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of maintenance preferred.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts.
Trustworthy and results-driven
Shifts include nights, weekends and/or holidays.
