Manager: FOH Supervisor/Manager Job Tasks Ensure that the foyer and host/hostess area is clean and neat at all times Smile and maintain a positive attitude at all times Greet Guests in a warm, friendly and professional manner When possible, seek out Guests personally when their table is ready rather than making an announcement Accompany Guests to their tables and let them know who their server will be Inform Guests about new menu items/specials, entertainment and area events Communicate with staff to ensure seating of Guests occurs as per the organized seating chart in an order that does not overload the kitchen or a particular server Answer the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Contact a management member if unable to resolve or make a decision beyond the scope of standard decision-making. Request additional product or restock product as required in a timely manner prior to running out. Maintain clean and sanitary work station at all times, following all health code regulations, and ensure that the bar equipment is clean and well maintained. Additional duties as assigned such as set-up and breakdown of bar equipment as required and assisting with organization of the cooler or as assigned by supervisors or management. Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be 18 or over.
