Our Banquet servers are responsible for providing prompt and courteous service to our guests, attending to their needs and making sure every dining experience is nothing short of spectacular. We will be looking to you to make every event dining experience flawless to encourage repeat business. Here are a few things you can expect to do during a typical shift: Provide guests with excellent customer service. Accommodate any needs for reasonable special requests. Prepare room for event (set table cloths, dishes and silverware as needed) Where You've Been: We're looking for someone with a High School diploma (or equivalent) and previous banquet experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
