Essential Job Functions:

Coordinate with Office Coordinator to manage calendars

POSITION OVERVIEW

Onboarding & Offboarding

Manage employee offboarding activities including preparing departure letters, system out-processing, and conducting exit interviews
HR Administration
Maintain personnel files and HRIS data with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality
Generate reports and track key HR metrics as needed
Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to ongoing process improvements
Compliance & Policy Administration
Ensure HR policies and practices comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Assist with audits and maintain up-to-date documentation on compliance related matters
Support the development and communication of company policies and procedures
Leave Management & Workers' Compensation
Manage FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs in accordance with legal requirements and internal policies, including reviewing documentation, communicating with employees and managers, and ensuring timely and compliant administration of all leave types.
Process workers' compensation claims by gathering incident details, submitting necessary documentation, and coordinating with insurance provider
Maintain accurate records related to employee leave and workplace injuries, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and confidentially stored
Project Management & Miscellaneous Administrative Duties
Take on special projects as needed, contributing to cross-functional initiatives, process improvements, and strategic HR goals that support the evolving needs of the business.
Respond to employee ad-hoc requests and exercise resourcefulness to help support any challenges our team faces throughout their day-to-day operations
Serve as a primary point of contact for general HumanResources inquiries, delivering timely, accurate, and customer-focused guidance on policies, procedures, and available resources to employees across the organization.
