Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

The Director of Nuclear Services (DNs) is a member of the Technical Excellence Center (TEC) and a Key Account Manager for the Business Development team. The DNS is the executive who oversees ongoing and future projects and reports to the Chief Performance Officer. The DNS leads the Atlas Nuclear Services Program in conjunction with the NQA-1 quality team members in support of nuclear clients to assist in expediting the delivery of Small Modular Reactor (SMR), Micro Reactor (MR), Nuclear Fuel Fabrication (NFF) facility projects critical to the US energy demand.
This includes overseeing project management excellence and delivery of multidisciplinary engineering services in the capacity of Owner s Engineer, Architect Engineer, and/or Designer. The role ensures nuclear and industrial safety as overriding priorities, regulatory and ethical compliance, and client satisfaction while leveraging national engineering capabilities to enhance competitiveness and profitability.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strategic Project Leadership
Define and implement Atlas strategic approach to SMR/MR/NFF construction projects in collaboration with clients and key stakeholders.
Represent Atlas in steering committees, regulatory discussions, and strategic planning sessions.

Bachelor's degree in science with 10-13 yrs or master's with 7+ yrs.
Knowledge of Naval Nuclear/Inst of Nuclear Power Operations principles.
Knowledge of contracting practices/standards for Fixed-Price and Time & Materials contracts.
Demonstrated leadership of technical disciplines and complex technical problems for major infrastructure projects.
Technical requirements:
Testing designated position (drug screening) may be required based on client requirements
Ability to review or write technical reports and recognize and implement risk strategies for client needs.
Knowledge of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission licensing requirements to support pre-construction and Combined License activities.
Knowledge of industry Quality Assurance principles as addressed in ASME NQA-1 and ISO 17025 programs.
Familiar with industry Profit and Loss (P&L) strategies to optimize Atlas and client success.
