Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and provide clear, actionable updates. Demonstrated ability to lead while promoting teamwork and collaboration within work groups. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proven ability to manage multiple tasks. Take initiative and seek out innovative ideas. Knowledge of both waterfall and agile project management methodologies preferred. Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence). EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Minimum of 3-7 years of project management experience, with a focus on managing both business and IT projects. PMP certification required or the ability to obtain it within six months of hire.
