Secure all licensing and permits required for the project prior to starting the job and in accordance with all local state and municipal laws. Secure all liability insurance, OCIP and/or CCIP prior to the start of the project according to contractual requirements and in line with F&B standard practices. Secure all bonding according to the contract requirements and in line with F&B standard practices. Communicating and upholding the Company's commitment to Integrity and Code of Ethics, as well as ensuring the same for the entire team. Other relevant tasks as assigned. Education, Experience & Qualifications: A Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience. At least five (5) years of relatable construction experience.
