Summary
The Advanced Installation Tech is responsible for installation and repair of telecommunications equipment and services located on customer premises, Central Office and Data Center Locations. Duties & Responsibilities
Assemble, configure, and install electronic components supporting Ethernet, DWDM, CWDM, and ROADM technologies, following DLR and Method & Procedures documentation.
Travel to remote customer sites and data centers to perform equipment installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Conduct fiber testing using OTDR, power meter/light source, and insertion loss measurements to validate and certify optical network performance.
Analyze OTDR traces to pinpoint fiber faults, splices, connectors, and reflectance anomalies.
Connect AC or DC power to electronic components and verify backup power functionality.
Install and route fiber and copper cabling with attention to quality, cable management, and bend-radius compliance.
Execute testing procedures to ensure equipment and services meet Lightpath standards and service-level requirements.
Verify and update facility/circuit inventory systems, documenting as-built changes when installations differ from design.
Maintain professional appearance by complying with Lightpath dress code and customer-facing standards.
Manage truck stock inventories including tools, parts and supplies.
Ensure all equipment assigned to a work order is installed or returned as per documented Logistics procedures.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime and on-call rotation as required.
Qualifications
10+ years' experience in Installation, provisioning and repairing telecommunication equipment.
Thorough understanding of all phases of network installation, including Ethernet, DWDM, CWDM, Ethernet, WAN/LAN and TCP/IP applications.

Obtain cross sectional images: This task includes the proper setting of protocols and sequences to obtain high quality images for diagnosis by the radiologist.
Direct involvement during procedure: This task involves a) the assistance at the side of the radiologist during biopsy procedures as needed. b) Constant attention to the progression of the procedure while in the control room, monitoring progression of biopsy procedure c) Involved with operating injector when necessary.
Photographing and processing of images: This task includes photographing and labeling scan images, processing and displaying final images on viewing machines for radiologist interpretation.
Maintain all necessary records of image slices, injections, etc.
Observe all rules and regulations regarding radiation safety for patients and staff.
Train other associates and students in CAT Scan or MRI procedures.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned area.
Perform duties of a 4T technologist as needed.

Job Summary
Under the direction of radiologist, performs Cat Scan or MRI Procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement, with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for imaging diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required
Essential Functions
Patient and Room Preparation: This task includes a) entering patient data into Epic and other appropriate computer systems as necessary. b) Placing the patient on the scan table in the correct position for the scan to be performed. c) Obtain appropriate scout image for procedure.
Obtain cross sectional images: This task includes the proper setting of protocols and sequences to obtain high quality images for diagnosis by the radiologist.
Direct involvement during procedure: This task involves a) the assistance at the side of the radiologist during biopsy procedures as needed. b) Constant attention to the progression of the procedure while in the control room, monitoring progression of biopsy procedure c) Involved with operating injector when necessary.
Photographing and processing of images: This task includes photographing and labeling scan images, processing and displaying final images on viewing machines for radiologist interpretation.
Maintain all necessary records of image slices, injections, etc.
Observe all rules and regulations regarding radiation safety for patients and staff.
Train other associates and students in CAT Scan or MRI procedures.
Maintain orderliness and cleanliness of assigned area.
Perform duties of a 4T technologist as needed.
Perform other related assigned tasks
