Language Services Associates is looking for Spanish interpreters in the Fayettville, AR area. As a member of LSA's network of Independently Contracted Interpreters, you will be responsible for facilitating language communication for the Limited English Proficient (LEP) community in a variety of settings, including medical, legal, and customer service. LSA is continuously accepting qualified interpreters for a wide range of interpreting assignments! Responsibilities: * Provide superior customer service * Adhere to Code of Professional Conduct, including maintaining strict standards of confidentiality * Adhere to all policies and procedures, including professional interpretation protocols and industry specific best practices * Complete training(s) and participate in ongoing Quality Assurance monitoring Qualifications/Experience: * Full fluency in both English and Spanish * Familiarity with and the ability to comply with industry standard best practices (i.e. professionalism, courtesy, protocol and confidentiality) * The ability to provide a high level of client service * Access to personal or public transport * 2+ years of professional interpreting experience preferred * Industry specific certifications/trainings preferred (CMI, CCHI, etc.)

**The Work:** TheTranslatorwill provide Translation services forindividuals with a language barrier.Translationwill consist of but not limited to Education, legal, Medical, Environmental, and Social Services, etc. This position performs all duties and responsibilitiesin accordance withthe Mission, Vision, and Core Values of Cayuse. **Responsibilities** **Key Responsibilities:** + Accurately translated situations like lectures, conversations, meetings, medical, and or legal. + Translators shall remain Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) compliant when interpreting or translating in a healthcare setting. + Abide by the client's policies. + Abide by the American Translators Association Code of Ethics. + Render a complete and accurate translation without altering, omitting, or adding anything to what is stated or written, and without explanation. + Sensitive to the culture of the original languages and the target languages during the translation process. + Other duties as assigned. **Qualifications** **Qualifications - Here's What You Need:** + High School diploma or equivalent in years of experience. + Minimum of 2 years of related experience. + Certified Translation Professional. + Translation Certifications. + Certifications from a previous agency or + Accreditation from a translation program. + Must be fluent in English. + Must be fluent in Japanese. + Must be able to pass a background check.
