    The role of Inventory Balance Counter involves extensive physical activity, requiring individuals to be on their feet for the majority of their shift, ensuring the accuracy of physical inventory across various facility locations. **Responsibilities** + Spend 80% of the time walking to different areas of the facility to locate and count physical inventory. + Operate a Reach Truck for 10% of the time to locate and count inventory. + Work at a desk for 10% of the time to print inventory sheets and document findings. + Receive a list of part numbers and print out sheets showing their locations. + Identify and document any discrepancies in physical inventory. + Use a Reach Truck daily, including riding small battery-operated carts. + Utilize laptops and work within company systems, Excel, and Cat Databases on spreadsheets. + Communicate findings daily via email and messenger. + Send daily reports on tracked and counted inventory to the manager. + Physically count part numbers on the floor and within the facility. + Report discrepancies to another group for further analysis and adjustments. + Ensure accuracy in all tasks. + Perform special projects and other tasks as needed within the inventory team. **Essential Skills** + Forklift operation experience. + Proficiency in inventory management and control. + Experience in manufacturing and inventory counting. + Strong attention to detail. + Familiarity with inventory systems and cycle counts. + Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Comfortable working on a manufacturing floor. + Experience in audit and quality assurance is a plus. + Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift. + Ability to work independently. + Experience in computer use and data entry. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the benefits of working on a first shift from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
