At the end of the 18-month program, a place out process will take place to identify the right next role for our Accelerate participants.

Analyze data and controls as well as identifying latent and emerging risks. The results of this analysis will be compiled into comprehensive management reports, including visual aids, analysis of data analytics and conclusions.
Actively perform proactive and targeted data analysis to identify risks for management.
Perform ad-hoc quality control reviews for presentations and reports built by the team to ensure the integrity of the materials.
Partner with business units to ensure that controls are working as intended and to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of processing.

The Team
Asset Management Risk, part of Fidelity's Risk organization and aligned with Asset Management's Compliance Risk and Business Operations Group (CRBO), provides guidance to management and business units by proactively identifying and monitoring risks to protect the interests of the firm, its clients, and associates. To execute this goal, Asset Management Risk is responsible for identifying, analyzing, aggregating, and reporting on significant and emerging risks to assist management in strengthening their controls and processes.
The base salary range for this position is $80,000-153,000 USD per year.
Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate's relevant experience, and other factors.
Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

As a key player in our fast-paced, startup-like environment, you will lead our Client Data Aggregation products. You'll bridge the gap between data, technology, design, and wealth management expertise, enhancing advisor and client tools that are critical to our business.
Here's what you'll do:
* Develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap covering the full product development lifecycle.
* Analyze user journeys and identify opportunities to enhance processes and implement new technologies
* Drive iterative development of new products and enhancements on client platforms and the advisor workstation, in collaboration with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
* Serve as product owner within an agile team, participating in agile ceremonies and ensuring the product requirements are clear to designers and engineers.
* Partner with financial advisors to understand their needs and challenges, ensuring the product directly addresses those needs.
* Analyze user data and market trends to guide product iterations and optimize the advisor experience.
* Manage third-party vendor relationships and contract responsibilities.
* Support Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) by using product metrics to achieve business goals.

Your expertise
* ideally 7+ years of experience as a product owner in wealth management or related fintech roles
* Proven track record of delivering complex, client-facing products (web & mobile) within financial services
* Experience with asset aggregation providers (e.g. Yodlee, Plaid, etc.) and Personal Financial Management (PFM) tools is a plus
* Ability to define user stories from high level features and guide them through iterative design and development processes
* Proficiency in Excel and data analysis using queries
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including financial advisors
