Wage Rate: $48.33-51.33/hour, + performance-based bonuses. Higher wages are available based on location. Hours range from 40 to 60, depending on owner schedule. Weekends are not mandatory and uncommon.

* Bends pipe by hand or with pipe-bending tools and machine.

* Secures pipes to structure with bracket, clamps, and hangers, using hand and power tools.

The Site Civil Foreman reports to the Construction Superintendent/Site Manager or the Civil Superintendent and will be responsible for leading crews in all Civil and Structural construction work for TAS module installation.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist Site Manager and Civil Superintendent to identify and screen employees as needed including crane operators, steel workers, concrete workers and general helpers
Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans for the site civil team
Regularly report project status to Site Manager and Site Civil Superintendent
Oversee and mentor all Civil craft labor
Participate in or hold daily briefing and safety meetings with Civil/Structural crew members
Delegate individual responsibilities to crew members
Work with EHS lead to ensure best safety practices and company policies are being implemented and followed
Assist Site Manager and Civil Superintendent in maintaining budget and schedule for all Civil/Structural activities
Ensure that the most up to date drawings and construction documents are being used
Work closely with Site QA/QC Leads to maintain appropriate records
Assist lessons learned process and communications to Site Manager
