Position Requirements and Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in commercial roofing. Knowledge of different roofing materials and application methods. Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and lifting heavy materials. Strong attention to detail, especially in sealing and waterproofing areas. Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervision. Must have or be willing to obtain OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Must be able to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening as a condition of hire.
