This “working foreman” role combines hands-on field work with leadership and administrative responsibilities to ensure our municipal streets, sidewalks, and rights-of-way are safe, well maintained, and in excellent condition year-round. This full-time position offers competitive compensation ranging from $31.99-$34.29 per hour, based on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and work alongside crews performing maintenance, repair, and replacement of pavement, curbing, sidewalks, drainage systems, street signage, and markings. Plan, schedule, and oversee daily operations, including roadside mowing, sweeping, culvert repairs, and snow plowing. Maintain accurate records, work orders, and reports in the city's asset management database. Lead emergency response efforts during severe weather or infrastructure incidents.

May be required to obtain and pass a DOT medical exam.
