Role Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative and operational support to the Vice President, Global Head of Social Impact & Partnerships. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, projects, and communications, while fostering a positive and efficient team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Coordinate complex and highly fluid calendars, including scheduling meetings with internal and external partners.
Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly priorities are met through effective calendar management.
Partner with internal teams to create and distribute pre-reads and training materials; participate in meetings and manage action items.
Prepare confidential documents, memos, correspondence, and expense reports.
Arrange domestic and international travel logistics.
Support leadership and team meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas and pre-reads, and taking notes.
Manage statements of work and purchase orders using systems such as ARIBA and eMarketplace; track expenditures, develop periodic reports, liaise with vendors, and assist with budget tracking and accruals.
Coordinate recruiting activities, candidate interviews, and onboarding/offboarding processes for team members.
Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise independent discretion and judgment to solve complex problems.
Identify opportunities to improve processes and organizational health, enhancing calendar hygiene, meeting efficiency, and project tracking.
Executive Support & Special Projects
Manage and execute special projects, including desk research and follow-up to ensure deadlines are met.
Achieve results independently, even in the absence of day-to-day guidance.
Create templates, draft briefing materials, PowerPoint presentations, communications, and business updates.
Ensure the Vice President is prepared for upcoming events and meetings.
Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, facilitating communication and follow-up between senior team, VP, and board/committee members.
Oversee department materials and repositories (e.g., organization charts, distribution lists, conference rooms); lead the reimagination of SharePoint and related portals, ensuring version control and appropriate access.
Innovate and utilize current technology platforms, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Concur, SharePoint, MS Teams, Workday, Our Source, and eMarketplace.
Leverage Microsoft Copilot and AI tools to optimize processes and efficiency across operations, programs, and teams.
Office & Team Experience
Handle a wide range of administrative tasks, including file management and occasional HR or finance support.
Create an exceptional experience for team members, both in-office and virtually, ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and engaging environment.
Understand cross-regional cultural aspects and lead or operate effectively in diverse settings.
Collaborate with the Vice President to create cadence and end-to-end experiences for quarterly team meetings, monthly check-ins, and leadership gatherings; shape engaging agendas, templates, logistics, and entertainment.
Foster positive relationships with staff and management at all levels, often handling sensitive information.
Build strong relationships with Executive Assistants within the GHE and GCA organizations, as well as with EAs of other management team members, to ensure efficient collaboration and engagement.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of six (6) years supporting senior management in a fast-paced, high-profile environment.

Position Overview
The Senior Analyst, Global Transfer Pricing will be engaged to support Enterprise-wide deliverables including global TP documentation, benchmarking analysis, TP audit support, APAs, and TP planning. This position will collaborate closely with a variety of groups including Tax Planning, Disputes, Global Tax Operations, and Regional/Country Finance Leaders. This is a highly technical environment involving frequent contact with tax and non-tax personnel from affiliates around the world and outside advisors. The primary responsibilities include:
Support the US 6662 documentation for both sectors (Innovative Medicine and MedTech).

Review and analyze financial data for transfer pricing documentation purposes.

Purpose: The Physician Program Director (PPD) focuses on establishing formal Impella programs through sustainable relationships with account stakeholders and key opinion leaders (KOLs) within the field of hemodynamic support.
KOL Engagement
The PPD is responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with key opinion leaders, thought leaders, and subject matter experts to support the organization's scientific, medical and commercial goals. This role ensures effective engagement, collaboration, and communication between the company and its network of experts to enhance brand credibility, education, and innovation. The PPD represents all aspects of Abiomed and acts as a field liaison to connect hospitals to internal resources such as the medical office, research, marketing, and executive teams.
Program Resourcing
The PPD will be responsible for collaborating with hospitals and hospital administrators to identify areas for program efficiencies through best practice implementation, protocol development, and workflow improvement, ensuring long-term program sustainability. The PPD will work to identify program gaps and align internal resources as appropriate to support the hospitals' goals. The PPD will collaborate with systems of care and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) to support the implementation of best practices across the hospitals within the system.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive KOL engagement strategy aligned with brand and therapeutic area objectives.
* Develop sustainable relationships with designated accounts, health systems, key opinion leaders and stakeholders, to impact formalization of Impella programs and optimize outcomes.
* Understand hospital market dynamics, uncover gaps in operational efficiency and patient care, and deploy appropriate tools that will ultimately allow us to reach more patients
* Present complex health economic information to influential and diverse groups in a way that is engaging, credible, and easily understood.
* Advocate on behalf of heart recovery programs to health system administration & engage with hospital administrators to gain alignment on projects.
* Identify and develop new and emerging key opinion leaders through key customer visits, HQ executive programs, regional education courses and local programs
* Serve as a corporate liaison between Key Opinion Leaders, IDNs, Healthcare System leaders, and Abiomed's Executive team, Management, Marketing, Clinical Research and Sales. Collaborate cross functionally with internal partners to align KOL initiatives. Execute and facilitate important and integral customer meetings at major medical tradeshows
* Communicate routinely with all members of the sales and Abiomed leadership team as outlined
Job Qualifications:
* BA/BS required. MBS or MBA preferred.
* 4 or more successful years of sales experience within Abiomed OR >7 years of related industry sales experience and proven success
* Prior KOL management experience or existing relationships in geographic area
* Prior experience working collaboratively with C-Suite hospital administrators
* Prior experience partnering with leaders of IDNs or systems of care
* Must be able to travel overnight extensively (70% depending on geography)

Our Senior Specialty Representatives achieve territory sales by utilizing their background and experience to:
Provide current and comprehensive clinical knowledge of Amgen's products and effectively communicate the clinical and economic benefits of the products to medical professionals
Perform as a sales leader to achieve territory sales by implementing and delivering branded sales messages strategies. This includes: delivering branded sales messages, implementing planned programs, scheduling and following-up with medical educational programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets
Utilize internal and external relationships to service and manage accounts which includes: ensuring product access, resolving/triage reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts
Analyze business effectiveness of sales activities and territory analysis, as well as develop territory plans with the District Manager
Have passion for our products and sustain that passion through the entire sales cycle while always building our brand, never losing sight of how we serve patients
Partner with other colleagues to share best practices and be in a state of continuous curiosity and learning to help grow as a Senior Specialty Representative

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience
OR
Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience
OR
High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry or hospital sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Three or more years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry Product or hospital sales experience in the areas of oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, inflammation, cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology or infectious diseases; and the diseases and treatments involved with these specialties

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $120,317 to $147,054. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
