Specific Job Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of cases, based on predetermined Key Performance Indicators pertaining to the delivery of quality legal services Auditing foreclosure files and advancing files to the next milestone Prepare legal documents for attorneys to review and execute, including but not limited to motions, orders for judgment, discovery, etc. Manage a portfolio of active files and complete daily tasks to ensure legal action exceeds clients' timelines and expectations Ensure all internal systems are updated, to include findings, documentation, and recommendations Working collaboratively with attorneys, team leads, supervisors and managers to achieve job goals Assisting attorneys in preparing for court Monitor ongoing case activity, pending deadlines and update case files Utilizing reporting to prioritize work Exercise a high-degree of confidentiality and professionalism Safeguard compliance with local, state, and federal foreclosure, bankruptcy and collections requirements (as applicable) Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Experience in handling foreclosure cases independently; Cradle-to-grave (from beginning to end) experienced is preferred but consideration will be given to qualitative foreclosure experience Energetic, organized, detail oriented and disciplined with the willingness to work hard Eager to serve clients' needs, both externally and internally Creative in problem-solving and takes initiative when issues arise, with ability to use good judgment or obtain direction or clarification where needed Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills; Strong interpersonal skills Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written electronic correspondence Demonstrated ability to analyze corrective action opportunities and present recommendations Conscientious with respect to work completion, deadlines, time management and attendance Ability to manage workflow and work under tight deadlines with competing and shifting priorities
