Armed with an ardent focus on the positive, a virtually unmatched abundance of determination, listening to his team carefully, he leads through encouragement and by example, committing 100% to every task, big or small. Darin has been leading large engineering and construction organizations for over 20 years in the capacity as CEO, COO, and CFO. At 30, he was the CFO of Kleinfelder, a 2,500 person geotech and environmental firm.
