Terrible company to work for.
They have management and staff with no education or experience. Staff mistreat the individuals. They do in house investigations and cover up so many deaths, abuse and neglect cases. The state needs to shut them down. They should be investigated by the state regarding the grant money received for the pandemic. I wouldn’t put my worse enemy in this agency!

Community and making clients more independent it’s pure pleasure. The Idlewild picnic is amazing and client look forward to it the clients become a part of staff life The best part is when the company has extra money our ceo will give generous bonuses and increases hourly wage
The clients
High turnover rate which leads to short staffed houses. Employees are very overworked and underpaid.
There is vacation time and sick time, but you're treated terribly if you try to use it.
Great programs and co-workers. My managers are knowledgeable and fair. Love the paid holidays, birthday off with pay and time off benefits.

The other staff.
Management understood nothing of the jobs we did. Poor leadership.
They did have good medical/time off benefits.
