The ideal candidate will focus on all aspects of real estate law and will be able to independently manage residential and commercial matters from contract through closing. The successful candidate must be a licensed attorney and title agent with *their own active affiliation with a title insurance agency*, as our firm does not provide title insurance services. This role requires experience conducting closings, issuing title insurance, and advising clients on real estate transactions. Strong courtroom, negotiation, and advocacy skills are also required, as the position may involve real estate-related litigation and court appearances. Candidates should be highly organized, client-focused, and capable of handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision. *Pay*: We offer a commission-based pay. The commission is 35% to 50% of collections plus 7% of collections generated by the attorney on matters originated by the attorney, and 15%, 20%, or 25% (depending on the length of employment) of collections generated by other attorneys in the firm but originated by the attorney.
