Our client is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of experience in construction defect litigation to join its expanding practice. Candidates with experience representing developers, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, property owners, and insurers in complex construction defect and related civil liability matters are strongly encouraged to apply. Proven ability to handle depositions (including PMQs and experts), motion practice (including summary judgment), and client communication with increasing independence.
