Compensation:
$60,000 yearly base + Incentives
Responsibilities:
The primary responsibilities are to own and manage the Probate experience by ensuring client needs and Probate deadlines are met timely manner and go as smoothly as possible.
Owns client probate and guardianship experience, overseeing all cases to ensure timeliness on all deadlines are met
Draft, revise, proofread, and finalize legal documents
Draft petitions and ensure appropriate types are created
Ensure legal documents are prepared timely manner and meet required deadlines
Serve as the point of contact for basic client questions that do not require an Attorney
Comfortable with a heavy case load (40+)
Perform other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
