QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a corporate law department, law firm or other similar environment, preferably with increasing responsibility over that time. * Proficient in the use of technology platforms in the administration of contracting and other legal documents * Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite * Extensive experience handling commercial contracts administration within corporate legal setting * Project management or other similar experience managing strategic initiatives * Background in areas of contract administration * Possess a valid Notary Public commission in New Jersey * Paralegal certification preferred * ONLY CANDIDATES MEETING THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED * FOR SERIOUS CONSIDERATION, PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR SALARY REQUIREMENTS The salary range for this position is $72,815.60-$116,172.65. The compensation range listed in this posting is in compliance with applicable state law. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills and internal peer equity will be considered in determining the selected candidate's compensation. Salaries at the time of hire are typically in the lower to middle portion of the above range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect future performance-based increases.
