Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. is a global offshore oil and gas drilling contractor. The Company has a fleet of 44 offshore drilling rigs, consisting of 32 semisubmersibles, seven jack-ups and five dynamically positioned drillships, four of which are under construction. The Company's jackups include Ocean King, Ocean Nugget, Ocean Scepter, Ocean Spartan, Ocean Spur, Ocean Summit and Ocean Titan. The Company's Deepwater Semisubmersibles include Ocean Alliance, Ocean America, Ocean Apex, Ocean Onyx, Ocean Valiant, and Ocean Star. Ultra-Deepwater Semisubmersibles include Ocean Valor, Ocean Courage, Ocean Monarch, Ocean Baroness, and Ocean Confidence. Boardwalk Pipeline Partners L.P. is a midstream master limited partnership that provides transportation, storage, gathering and processing of natural gas and liquids for its customers. Through their subsidiaries, they operate approximately 14,410 miles of pipelines and underground storage caverns with an aggregate working gas capacity of approximately 201 billion cubic feet (bcf) and liquids capacity of approximately 18 million barrels. Texas Gas Transmission is a bi-directional interstate natural gas pipeline that provides transportation and storage services for customers across its system. Texas Gas transports natural gas from Fayetteville, Marcellus and Utica shale plays and Gulf Coast supply areas to end-use markets. It directly serves end-use markets primarily in the Midwest and indirectly serve markets through deliveries into third party pipelines.

Gulf South Pipeline is a natural gas pipeline system that transports gas between south and east Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida which is owned by a limited partnership. The system connects to Henry Hub in Louisiana. Its FERC code is 11.
