Because we're growing, we're looking for an experienced Remote Assistant Technical Services Delivery Manager to help lead our team of technicians at CG Tech Services. You must be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and demonstrate extraordinary attention to detail.
About the role:
The Assistant Technical Services Delivery Manager, a fully remote role, will serve as the key liaison between our technical team and the Technical Services Delivery Manager, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of technical queries and escalations. This role combines leadership with hands‑on technical expertise, requiring the ability to step in at Level 2 or Level 3 support when needed. You will actively monitor and manage our PSA system, oversee ticket flow across service boards, and ensure timely responses to client needs. In addition, you'll contribute to project work, helping deliver system upgrades, migrations, and other technical initiatives.
This is a full‑time position of 40‑50 hours a week. The majority of your hours worked would be during our Seattle business hours, Mon - Fri, from 8 AM to 6 PM PST in order to better collaborate with our team and our clients. Work after hours may be required for emergencies, projects, and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:
Ticket & Service Board Management: Continuously monitor all service boards and tickets in the PSA system to ensure progress, timely updates, and adherence to SLAs.

Qualifications / Preferred Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Windows environments, server management, and networking equipment. This role is critical as you will serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, sharing innovative solutions and best practices with the team while ensuring top‑tier service delivery to our clients.
Technical Expertise:
Strong Level 2/3 technical skills in Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP).
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper‑V) and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching, firewalls).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and modern IT service management tools.
Experience:
Minimum 5+ years in technical support roles, including hands‑on troubleshooting and project work.
Prior experience managing ticket queues and service boards in a PSA system (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask).
Leadership & Communication:
Ability to coordinate technical teams and act as a trusted escalation point.
Excellent communication skills for client‑facing interactions and internal collaboration.
Certifications:
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+, or similar are highly desirable.

Guaranteed Monthly Minimum Incentive: You will receive two incentives
Training Incentive: $1,500 pro-rated from date of hire
Post-training: $2,000 for first six months on Outbound Calls
During the training period you will earn approximately $3,200/month including incentive pay.
Post-training (6 months) you will earn approximately $4,400/month including incentive pay.
First year selling: typical performers earn $50k/year and top performers $80k/year

Your PCC journey:
Once you submit your application and pass the initial assessment, you will be asked to complete a scheduled video interview. Successful candidates are invited to a virtual interview session. New hires will receive up to 8 weeks of paid training on our product, systems, and selling best practices. Once training is complete, your true earning potential begins: we provide leads, you build relationships and convert those leads into loyal guests. There is a very real learning curve in the first year, but as you sharpen your skills and build your book of business your earnings will continue to grow.
The training class begins on: March 30th, 2026
Hours for training are Monday - Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM PST.

Provides engineering leadership and design guidance in support of the Copeland Enterprise Global network, this is a management role. The OEM Sales Manager is a key member of the Commercial Cold Chain Sales team. Job Summary
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and creative Project Manager to support senior leadership initiatives through exceptional project coordination, presentation design, and business communication.
In this role, you will work closely with executives and cross-functional teams to manage projects, create impactful visual presentations, and prepare communication materials that inform and inspire. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills with a keen eye for design and storytelling, operating with discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Support
* Coordinate and manage senior leadership initiatives, communication plans, and reporting projects from start to finish.
* Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion and alignment with business goals.
* Track progress, anticipate risks, and proactively identify solutions to keep projects moving forward.
* Maintain clear documentation, status updates, and communication across stakeholders.
Presentation Design & Business Communication
* Develop and refine PowerPoint presentations, infographics, and visual assets that communicate complex business concepts with clarity and impact.
* Support the creation of executive-level presentations that tell compelling stories and align with leadership messaging.
* Collaborate with leaders to refine content and ensure visual consistency across materials.
* Prepare briefing documents, reports, and summaries for senior executives and cross-functional partners.
Data Reporting & Insights
* Assist in compiling and updating leadership reports and dashboards.
* Present data clearly and visually to support decision-making and business insight.
* Ensure data accuracy and consistency across deliverables.
Stakeholder Coordination & Confidential Support
* Partner closely with internal teams, senior leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.
* Demonstrate discretion and professionalism when working with confidential or sensitive information.
* Build strong relationships that promote collaboration and accountability across teams.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in project management, business communication, presentation design, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
* Experience designing and formatting professional presentations; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus.
* Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
* Comfortable collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a professional environment.
* Portfolio or previous work examples demonstrating presentation design, visual storytelling, or business communication deliverables are encouraged and may be requested as part of the interview process.

Manages and monitors integrated quality review processes within the office, or within responsible offices, for all projects across all disciplines.
Meets regularly with the Business Practice Leader (BPL) and provides information on project status and potential risk.
Attend Office Practice Integration meetings.
Works with project leadership in office(s) to schedule and coordinate staffing for quality reviews for all disciplines. Also meets regularly with office senior Project Architects and engineering Discipline Leaders to discuss quality reviews and ongoing challenges.
Participates in the development of Project Risk Assessment and project Quality Plans. Drives updates as required.
Attends, participates, and engages in Technical Leader meetings held with the Technical Leadership group.
Participates in ongoing planning with fellow Technical Leaders and the Technical Leader group to develop and improve quality resources and initiatives.
Engage members of the Technical Leaders Group as needed.
Acts as a proactive resource to project teams in their decision-making process and provides support in the development of technically sound and innovative design solutions, focused on the projects at greatest risk.
Leads development of the office quality plan(s) that define a customized, effective quality strategy for the office.
Participates in the interview process for new technical staff within the office and provides feedback on candidates.
May act as Prime Signing Licensing Professional.
Contributes to integrated Quality/CA and specification development and review processes within the firm.
Monitors overall office metrics, including Deltek Practice Metrics and CA metrics to ensure project success. Implements firm CA policies for the office project teams.
Meets with project team members on a regular basis to monitor work in progress and ensure that the firm's process standards and procedures are being implemented.
Strategically engage in project phase quality reviews while engaging and managing other project reviewers.

HERE IS WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Minimum Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required.
Minimum 15 years of related professional experience in Architecture and/or Engineering. Experience includes 5 years in increasingly responsible roles in construction documentation on institutional and/or commercial projects and at least 3 years in a responsible role in construction administration on large institutional and/or commercial projects.
Current Architectural Registration or Professional Engineer license in the United States required.
Must have extensive experience designing, documenting, coordinating and administering the construction of significant healthcare, higher education, sports, and/or civic projects. Expertise in healthcare, higher education, sports, and/or civic codes, standards and familiarity with proven solutions to address often wildly conflicting requirements between building authorities, client needs, construction technologies and insurance provisions is essential.
LEED accreditation preferred.
Demonstrated focus on quality.
Strong technical leadership with knowledge of building codes and requirements.
Must have the ability to be client facing with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong business acumen, technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with the project team is essential.
Advanced understanding of REVIT and BIM workflows.
Familiarity with Revit, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Teams, and construction management software.
The salary range for this position to be filled in the Seattle office is $111,800 to $139,700 annually. This salary range is the range we believe is the anticipated range of possible base compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. Job Description

Research and identify prospective funding partners (including private foundations, family foundations, public entities (i.e., Federal, State, County, and City), corporations, and local businesses) in alignment with Amara's mission.
Learn Amara's programs, goals, and financial needs in order to develop compelling proposals, seek new funding opportunities, and report back to funders on their impact.
Build internal relationships and work closely with Amara staff members to synthesize program activities, data, and financials for proposals and reports.
Write and prepare grant proposals, sponsorship requests, reports, and LOIs to prospective funding partners (as outlined in the first bullet point) by persuasively communicating Amara's goals, mission, and programs.
Manage portfolio of institutional funder relationships, including for corporate partners, private foundations, and tracking public opportunities. Support the relationship management plans for the Chief Development Officer and CEO. Portfolio management includes developing a two-way relationship with the funder and creating individualized engagement plans as appropriate.
Represent Amara at corporate, private, and community-wide events as requested.
Ensure compliance with all funder guidelines in grant submission and reporting.
In partnership with the Chief Development Officer, develop annual grants plan, including funder strategy and anticipated timelines. Maintain and update grant plan throughout the year.
Maintain funder information, strategy, and moves in donor database.
Prepare internal grant reports and summaries for leadership and board review.
Manage any contract grant writers as applicable.
Actively participate in Amara's efforts to advance racial equity, unlearn biases, and engage in the organization's broader work in diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Ensure all written grant materials use strengths-based language and represent children and families with value and dignity.

Salary and Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a pay rate between $87,550-$102,998 annually. The final salary offer will be commensurate with the selected candidate's experience, qualifications, and demonstrated abilities. Amara offers a generous leave and benefits package including 10 company holidays, 4 personal days, sick leave, and 15 days of vacation per year.
