In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations of the property, supervise maintenance staff at the property, perform maintenance functions, and ensure that the physical condition of the property satisfies ownership and management objectives. The pay range for this role is $29.28-$35.14 per hour dependent on experience. The selected candidate will also adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a rotational on-call schedule.
