To provide ongoing maintenance, repair, and upgrades for physical security infrastructure, including badge readers, surveillance cameras, and locking hardware.
The security certified technician will be responsible for the following:
Access Control Systems
Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and testing of badge readers, control panels, door controllers, and associated wiring.
Troubleshoot and repair non-functioning badge readers or access control panels.
Replace or update faulty components including badge readers, panels, relays, and power supplies.
Video Surveillance Systems
Maintain and troubleshoot surveillance cameras.
Replace or reposition malfunctioning cameras.
Maintain camera lens cleanliness and verify proper video quality and coverage.
Locking Hardware
Inspect and maintain door locking hardware including maglocks, electric strikes, REX devices, and motion sensors.
Ensure proper alignment and secure operation of locking systems.
Emergency Response & On-Call Support
Respond to urgent system failures or access issues during business hours and on-call.
Provide rapid diagnostics and temporary fixes to restore functionality.
Requirements:
High School Diploma / GED a minimum; Higher Education is a plus
Prior experience working with security systems or similar background
Must have an S2 Security Certification and programming of similar systems
Knowledge of electrical and electronic systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.

This position is responsible for the inspection, repair, maintenance and return to service, or the supervision of such activities for AeroGuard owned and / or operated aircraft in accordance with the Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR's). Relocation assistance is available for this position. Responsibilities include:
Perform and or supervise the performance of inspections, routine servicing, preventative and corrective maintenance on company aircraft as specified by FAR's.
Ensure maintenance and maintenance documentation is accomplished within the guidelines of AeroGuard inspection procedures manuals (IPM's) for aircraft that qualify.
Coordinate and work with the Director of Maintenance to ensure aircraft are in compliance with applicable Federal Regulations.
Ensure the proper training of maintenance personnel, for the level of maintenance to be performed and general safety practices to include available firefighting equipment.
Ensure required technical data is current and available to all maintenance personnel.
Ensure required tooling and equipment are available and in good working order, to include calibration, if required.
Ensure a safe, clean and organized hangar / shop area is available for the maintenance of aircraft.
Maintain a supply of approved parts on station, as to ensure the timely repair and servicing of aircraft to minimize down-time. Inventory of such parts shall be kept to a minimum to avoid “stockpiling” causing financial strain on the company.
Must have a basic set of hand tools to accomplish standard servicing and maintenance on G.A. aircraft.
Responsible for ensuring periodic checks of the fire and safety equipment to ensure serviceability and adequacy.
The Maintenance Manager may delegate duties and responsibilities to any qualified company personnel. Delegation of duties does not relieve the Maintenance Manager of his / her overall responsibilities.

FAA issued Airframe and Powerplant certificate in good standing.

The position may require some medium lifting up to 50lbs.
Position may require prolonged periods of sitting or standing as well as bending and stooping.

This role is crucial for providing professional and efficient engineering support to guests and internal customers, particularly during the evening and overnight hours. Core Responsibilities and Duties
Engineer on Duty (EOD) Operations: Serve as the primary Engineer on Duty during the PM/Overnight shift, efficiently addressing maintenance requests from guest rooms and internal departments throughout the resort.
General Repairs and Maintenance: Perform repairs on all types of hardware, plumbing, and electrical equipment, including lamps, air conditioners, cosmetic items, switches, outlets, and TV programming in guest rooms and public areas.
HVAC and Utilities: Repair and/or adjust all types of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment in public spaces. Monitor and report on energy and utilities usage to support Energy Conservation efforts.
Emergency Response: Be immediately available for emergencies, acting in an engineering capacity to protect guests/associates and preserve the building/systems. Act quickly and responsibly to restore normal operating status and inform Engineering Management of all incidents.
Life Safety Systems: Monitor the Fire Alarm/Life Safety System, maintain full knowledge of system operation, and handle related emergencies. Possess a working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems.
Tool and Equipment Management: Clean, lubricate, protect, and maintain all departmental tools and equipment, ensuring they are returned to the shop and secured properly.
Documentation and Reporting: Read, log, track, and interpret readings from meters and gauges. Maintain a thorough log of daily activities and problems, ensuring clear communication and seamless transition to subsequent shifts.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all departmental Job Safety Analyses (JSAs). Continuously identify and correct hazardous conditions to create a safe work environment.
