The Facility Supervisor is responsible for on-site supervision of staff and facilities to ensure that clean, safe and healthy facilities are available. Routine maintenance and janitorial functions of the facility while it is open to the public, is required. Responsible for driving/operating ice resurfacer. Recovery Coach Requirements
Must present as courteous and professional at all times

Ability to work collaboratively with alcohol/drug dependent clients from diverse legal, social, economic, ethnic, cultural and racial backgrounds as well as family members, insurance providers and outside providers;
Ability to work independently without direct supervision while adhering to the program's philosophical team approach;
Established contacts and recovery partnerships in the community;

Recovery Coach Duties & Responsibilities
Must provide emotional and social support.
Must support Members in making positive life changes and developing skills to facilitate their recovery.
Must help Members to discuss and try new strategies for developing recovery-supportive friendships, reconnecting or improving family relationships, and identifying and using recovery-community networks.
Must assist Members in creating personally meaningful links to treatment, peer recovery support services, and mutual aid and support them in their efforts to build their capacity to move between and among these services and supports as needed.
When appropriate, the RC must use the peer relationship to assist with motivation and facilitate connections to primary and specialty medical, dental, and mental health services as well as social services, including applying for benefits and navigating other relevant systems, such as criminal justice and child protection/child welfare.
Must act as a recovery liaison and support the Member in preparing for or accompanying the Member to meetings with, for example, probation officers, social workers, and child protection/child welfare workers.
Must provide linguistically appropriate and culturally sensitive peer recovery supports that embrace the diversity of Members' identities, including racial, ethnic, gender/gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, physical and intellectual challenges, and their chosen pathway to recovery.
Must serve as an advocate for Members and assist Members in learning self-advocacy skills.
Must act as a mentor, assisting the Member's recovery process and supporting the Member's goals and decisions; the RC must also support the Member in creating and enacting a Wellness Plan.
Must provide temporary assistance with transportation to essential self-help, peer support, and medical and behavioral health appointments while transitioning to community-based transportation resources.
Must deliver services on a mobile basis to Members in any setting that is safe for the Member and staff.
Must work collaboratively with the pregnant and/or parenting Member to create and coordinate Plan of Safe Care (also called Family Support Plan) specifically designed to help the Member identify needed services for recovery and parenting;
Must support the Member around perinatal health and support needs, housing needs, health care needs, income needs, mental health concerns.
Must establish plans for follow up and address any barriers to treatment, appointment for preventative care, access to vaccines, reproductive healthcare and screenings
Must participate in community events that promote prevention and education
Must work with the NCM/Patient resource navigator to assist in coordination of community referrals
Must assist patients who require additional supports and service coordination for engagement
Must be available a minimum of 1x per week to assist in supporting families and individuals, who are struggling with SUD in underserved and disenfranchised populations
Must facilitate peer groups in Inpatient settings, to increase access to services and promote a collaborative approach to treatment
Must support patient engagement; housing, coordination of appointments, and transportation.
Must document patient engagements in EHR system
Maintain appropriate level of productivity/billable hours
Must become certified within 1 year of employment

Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 4-6 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.
