Conduct transitional/vocational assessments for students aged 14 and up prior to their annual meeting. Include students in assessments and transition plan development and implementation, as they are able. Develop and implement goals based on assessments, observations, and students' individual strengths and preferences. Develop and implement opportunities within Chileda to prepare students for employment and volunteer work in the community, including providing volunteer and job opportunities. Teach Human Growth and Relationship class for all students. Teach career exploration and job readiness classes.
