Each teacher teaches approximately four 75-minute periods per day with an average class size of approximately 25 students. Teachers' hours are 3:00AM - 3:30PM daily, with the student academic day running from 8:00AM to 3:00PM on Mondays through Thursday and 8:00AM to 12:30PM on Friday. There will also be an option to teach during the evening program for additional compensation. Teachers will be allowed work up to 10 hours per week in the evening program. C2WAC is an advanced air operations training and education course which provides training to select joint and allied O-3 through O-5 and E-5 through E-8 personnel assigned to, or projected for, AFCHQ planner and small group leadership positions. This course includes air component headquarters integration of IJSTO/SAP capabilities. * Instruct IALC. IALC provides training to AFCHQ Commander, Air Force Forces (COMAFFOR) staff personnel conducting and supporting operational-level planning and execution. The course educates and develops the intermediate level knowledge and skills necessary for branch chiefs and branch non-commissioned officers in charge (NCOICs) to lead USAF Service Component employment planning teams within air component headquarters in support of Combined/Joint Force Commander (C/JFC) objectives. * Instruct CFACC. Combined Force Air Component Commander's (CFACC) Course is designed to prepare potential CFACCs for theater-level air component leadership. Select portions of this course are supported by the 505 TTG. * Instruct DWC2C. DWC2C provides training to USAF-identified Wing entities which will lead (or support with specific functional capabilities) employment of the Agile Combat employment (ACE) concepts. * Instruct DIRMOBFOR. DIRMOBFOR course prepares selected total-force senior officers to manage, monitor, and coordinate air mobility forces that deploy in support of an exercise, contingency, war, natural disaster, or humanitarian relief operations. * Instruct SJAT. SJAT consists of tailored academics, discussions, and presentations for General Officers (O-7 through O-10) to prepare them for air component warfighting duties. SJAT classification varies per session. * Prepare classrooms for instruction * Operate academic equipment (i.e., projectors, televisions, computer learning stations, etc.) * Issue required student courseware (Student Guides, handouts, approved changes, etc) required for course attendance to include maintaining student folders as required * Ensure course materials are current prior to each instruction event * Develop, review, and respond to end-of-phase and end-of-course critiques of academic instruction. Coordinate all critiques IAW the governing syllabus. Coordinate all student comments and courseware corrections, to include errata sheets, with the Government prior to use in the classroom. Provide completed critiques/student's comments to the course manager for review. * Develop and execute a comprehensive graduate evaluation plan used to determine academic instruction effectiveness, based on students feedback gained during practical field Falconer experience. * Assist with maintaining continuity folders, reference material, audiovisual library, films, tapes and lesson courseware.
