Job Description Summary
Position Objective:
This regional strategic sales role will be responsible for driving climate revenue within an assigned book of business containing top US ranked accounts in the general building and specialty contractor space. Engage with Regional Management on regular basis to ensure customer expectations are being met and areas of concern are being addressed
Strategically plan customer visits to offices and cultivate long term relationships with key decision makers at all levels of the organization. Utilize virtual resources such as Teams to effectively execute strategy across a large geographic footprint
Maintain master mega project list and quote pipeline for each account and project within portfolio
Provide strategic pricing, assist with the creation of master rental agreements, and connect the dots between the customer and the market renting equipment
Support field level sales by providing up to date project and contact lists
Identify new potential strategic account prospects
Prepare, deliver, present, negotiate and close proposals and agreements
Manage accounts receivable and personally resolve issues as needed
Conduct quarterly business review with Director of Sales and Regional Sales Manager
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in related field
4+ years' experience in outside sales or sales management in related field
Document successful territory management showing consistent revenue growth
Ability and willingness to travel at least 50%
Well versed in all Sunbelt lines of business
Basic Microsoft Office skills

The CSRIT is responsible for balancing each day's transactions and verifying cash totals. They assist clients with bookkeeping and checking account problems, as well as answers client questions regarding the Bank's products and services. They are responsible for actively cross-selling the Bank's products and services. The incumbent performs specific assigned side-jobs including various clerical functions and assists the Assistant Client Service Manager and the Regional Branch Administrator with other duties as assigned. Working with transfer team and counterparties on receipt of images.
Mapping counterparty documents to Cornerstone Servicing naming conventions and ensure all images are uploaded timely to the image repository.
Completing an image reconciliation by comparing received images and ingested images.
Working with transfer team and counterparties to resolve missing document requirements.
Working with business units to identify and create new document classifications.

Responsible for initiating and actively participating in ad-hoc and routine meetings.
Escalate, when necessary, all roadblocks impacting image requirements and SLA adherence.

About the Role
We're looking for a positive, customer-focused go-getter to join our team as a Financial ServicesRepresentative (combination of Teller and Personal Banker). In this role, you'll be the friendly face our customers rely on for everyday banking, while also helping them discover products and services that make their financial lives easier.
What You'll Do:
Greet customers and process transactions quickly and accurately
Balance and maintain your cash drawer daily
Open and close accounts (checking, savings, CDs, NOW accounts, etc.)
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
Cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs
Perform basic loan administration as needed
Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations
What We're Looking For:
Cash handling experience
Strong customer service & communication skills
Ability to multitask and pay close attention to detail
Professional appearance and demeanor
Sales experience preferred (but not required)
College degree may be substituted for experience - we'll train the right person
