Position Summary: RSM is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Infrastructure M&A (“Complex Delivery”) team. This team leads strategic client engagements focused on M&A transactions, carveouts, integrations, and enterprise-scale IT transformations. We operate across industries, with a strong presence in private equity and high-growth portfolio companies. In this role, you will bring a combination of technical depth and consulting presence to lead complex infrastructure initiatives.
