Position Overview
Early in HealthierHere's journey clinical, community, behavioral health, and Tribal partners emphasized fragmentation and a lack of interoperable technologies within and across sectors as top challenges to their work. In response, HealthierHere created Connect2 Technology, comprising of Connect2 Coordinator, our client management system, and Connect2 Exchange, our community information exchange (CIE) technology. These solutions were created to improve care coordination and supports for clinical, community, behavioral health, and tribal organizations serving community.
The Director of Connect2 Technology (Director) will oversee the ongoing development and operations of Connect2 Coordinator and Connect2 Exchange, together the Connect2 Technology. The Director will manage an interdisciplinary team, accountable for directing ongoing technical development and implementation, operations, and customer success and satisfaction. Together with HealthierHere's contracted Chief Technology Officer and Chief Finance and Operations Officer, the Director will contribute to the strategy for growing the capabilities and adoption of Connect2 Technology regionally and statewide.
The community's vision for the Connect2 Community Network and Community Hub connects people, service organizations, health care, community, and Tribal partners more quickly and effectively - resulting in a healthier, more equitable community for all. The Director of Connect2 Technology will work with the Community Care Network Director and Director of Program Operations to maintain feedback loops to both technology users and community, ensuring ongoing product development is responsive to user and community input.
The Director of Connect2 Technology must be committed to 1) utilizing an equity framework as a way of doing internal and external business; 2) facilitating collaborative strategies that contribute to the elimination of health disparities, advance HealthierHere's board approved strategies and transform the health of King County, and 3) practicing the values of HealthierHere as an organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operations of Connect2 Technology:
Provide overall team leadership, including coaching, mentoring, and performance management oversight to team members.
Directly supervise a diverse team of Connect2 Technology staff and manage contractor(s).
Ensure successful day to day general operations including management of annual budget.
Support the Chief Finance and Operations Officer in developing a strategy for regional, statewide, and national community information exchange.
Implement the strategy, through a phased or iterative approach, to expand regional and statewide community information exchange in partnership with health and social service partners, Tribes, state, and other ACHs.
In collaboration with the Chief Finance and Operations Officer, develop and deploy a sustainable business model for operating, maintaining, and enhancing the Conntect2 Technology.
Oversee onboarding of community, tribal, and clinical partners that are interested in using Connect2 Technology or integrating their own systems to it
Ensure the Connect2 Technology is aligned with community prioritized use cases and needs (in partnership with Chief Technology Officer).
Ensure the Connect2 Technology meets all privacy and security requirements established by HealthierHere.
Oversee development and maintenance of Connect2 Technology standard operating procedures, and ensure procedures are properly executed by Connect2 Technology staff.
Oversight tier 2 and tier 3 customer support results in sustained adoption and utilization.
Utilize customer satisfaction measures to drive ongoing product and operations improvements.
Stay abreast of national, state, regional, and local CIE efforts and consider these efforts in defining and implementing Connect2 Technology.
Oversee the contract with HealthierHere' s Connect2 Technology vendor and manage ongoing product enhancements or changes.
Participate in and inform HealthierHere Data Governance and Connect2 Technology Change Control procedures.
Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary member team:
Guide and influence the strategic growth of Connect2 Technology, ensuring alignment with board approved priorities and other HealthierHere initiatives.
Collaborate with the contracted Chief Technology Officer.
Collaborate closely with internal and external users to ensure that user and community feedback continually inform Technology implementation and development.
Ensure alignment with HealthierHere initiatives, investments, and values.
Support writing and management of funding proposals and/ or contracts, as needed.
Build effective working relationships with peers, leadership, and partners.
Apply HealthierHere's equity and inclusion principles to all assignments; promote outreach, inclusion, and active community engagement across a wide array of organizational partners.

Technology Leadership
Inspire the technology team and the faculty community to model and support best practices in technology integration, data management, and systems governance.

As a Staff Bluetooth Software Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping Motive's next-generation connectivity solutions. What We're Looking For:

As a multimodal researcher/engineer, you will drive the model's image generation capability through various aspects such as data, modeling, serving and product. You will work on both pretraining and posttraining and collaborate with product teams to push the frontiers of model capability as well as the end-to-end user experience.

Lead the strategy and technical direction of Pinterest's Streaming platform
Improve and customize the internals of open source Flink to meet our challenges at scale and actively participate in open source community
