Through his career development he has acquired excellent specialized skills and experience in Business and Micro finance services. His experience is broad, ranging from commercial to Development Finance.

Mr. Mudambo has undertaken various training's as a facilitator in areas such as Grant Management, Monitoring of Grants, Financial Management best practice, Micro Finance best practices, Team building, leadership, Corporate Governance, stress management, project management, Logical framework analysis, gender training, financial management, training on child rights issues and Human resources Audit for NGO’s, CBO’s and FBOs.

Having worked for several organizations undertaking development services provision and with extensive involvement in development finance, he is able to provide wide range of hands on experience in impact assessment, financial analysis, institutional assessment, organizational development, audit, business planning, systems design and development.
