    The Front Office Coordinator/Clinic Attendant will work with a multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of general primary care medical services in a community health setting. Under the general supervision of the Center Manager or Center Supervisor, the Front Office Coordinator/Clinic Attendant is responsible for ensuring efficient and friendly front office operations including reception, appointment scheduling, patient registration and check-in, telephone operation and financial eligibility, and providing lobby security. This is a full time, benefit eligible position, at our Oakland TRUST Health Center. This position is represented by SEIU-UHW. Salaries and benefits are set by a collective bargaining agreement (CBA), and an employee in this position must remain a member in good standing of SEIU-UHW, as defined in the CBA. LifeLong Medical Care is a large, multi-site, Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with a rich history of providing innovative healthcare and social services to a wonderfully diverse patient community.
