What you have
7+ years of motion design experience in brand, agency, or media settings

The salary range for this role is $79,000 - $114,000 USD. This role is also equity eligible. Vantage is seeking a Junior Design Manager for North America to join our Design Engineering team. In this role, you will champion product performance and technical excellence, ensuring that the data design supports customer and technical requirements.
This person will support the entire design life cycle for both existing and new developments in your region. Your responsibilities will encompass the coordination of design documentation review and approval, and support of both traditional, design-bid-build and design-build contractor teams. Overview
We're looking for a Senior Motion Designer to help bring our brand and product stories to life through compelling motion graphics and video editing. Ideal for an experienced creative professional with a strong sense of design, a keen eye for detail and timing, and the ability to translate abstract ideas into engaging visual narratives, this position will work closely with our Account Team, collaborating across design and content to produce concept-to-delivery marketing work.

Responsibilities
* Design and animate polished, brand-aligned motion graphics for product videos, ads, social media content, marketing campaigns, and internal presentation
* Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to conceptualize, design, and execute visual approaches to storytelling
* Deliver high-quality motion and video work on schedule while adhering to Stellantis' visual style and voice

Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in graphic design, animation, or a related field is often preferred.

* Experience with video production (on location shoots, pre and postproduction)
* Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creatively mature, delivered motion work
* Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and take creative direction and feedback

What you'll be challenged to do:
This experienced Designer will be responsible for the physical design of high voltage substation projects up to 765kv.
In this capacity, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Generate designs and detailed engineering deliverables working under the supervision of lead engineer and project manager.
Utilize standard CAD tools to create 2D and 3D drawings.
Perform quality reviews of projects completed by peers

Investigate new and existing substation technical drawings and conditions to ensure that installation and operations conform to industry standards and customer requirements
Travel to job sites for project assessment and data gathering as needed
Communicate and interact with clients.
What you'll bring to the firm:
5 + years of relevant substation or general electrical T&D designing experience
Expertise in the use of computer-aided drafting tools such as AutoCAD or MicroStation
Thorough knowledge of the following codes, National Electrical Safety Code (NESC), National Electrical Code(NEC), Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers(IEEE), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), and Design Guide for Rural Substations.

General Description
Blue Star Families is looking for an experienced graphic designer to join the Communications and Brand Marketing team. The Senior Designer, Creative Services is responsible for overseeing and delivering high-quality creative assets that advance the organization's brand and mission. This role creates and manages the development of visual materials across campaigns, events, digital platforms, and print, ensuring a consistent brand identity and engaging design execution. Partnering with teams across the organization, the Senior Designer, Creative Services provides creative direction, maintains brand standards, and brings innovative approaches to storytelling that strengthen visibility, impact, and member and stakeholder experience. The ideal candidate is collaborative, innovative, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
As a fully remote organization, we rely on scheduled in-person gatherings to foster alignment, collaboration, and organizational culture. This role requires the ability to travel out of town overnight, up to several times per year for staff offsites, planning retreats, and company-wide events. These gatherings are essential for connection, brainstorming, and staying strategically aligned across teams. Participation is required as a core part of the role.
Key Job Functions
Advance Blue Star Families' long-term creative communications strategy and brand positioning by developing visual assets and messaging that consistently reflect the organization's mission and focus.
Design, produce, and deliver high-quality graphics across digital, print, and other channels to enhance visibility and engagement.
Develop and implement comprehensive branding that supports both the organization's mission and targeted initiatives.
Create templates and toolkits to increase efficiency (e.g., impact and grant reports, development/fundraising materials, and social media assets).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visual asset needs are anticipated and met.
Establish, maintain, and enforce brand standards; educate and empower staff to ensure a cohesive, consistent brand experience.
Manage workflow and provide creative direction for contractors, freelancers, and other designers.
Build and manage relationships with production vendors and creative partners, including printers, promotional product providers, and production professionals.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Experience, Skills & Background
Bachelor's Degree in graphic design or marketing or equivalent years of experience in brand management, communications, or design
At least 4-7 years of experience in graphic design, marketing/communications, or brand management
An understanding and literacy in communications design and design trends, with a strong ability to respond to current trends as it relates to the member experience
Knowledge of emerging marketing and communications trends, techniques, and tools to ensure that the Blue Star Families brand remains strong and impactful
Depth of knowledge of visual and marketing materials needed in various forms of media
An ability to think strategically and come up with creative, fresh, innovative ideas for campaigns relevant to MSO/VSO communities
Self-starter and creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with writing and copyediting in a marketing and communications environment
Works and communicates effectively with people from different backgrounds; fosters teamwork
Comfortable with technology and working with technology teams
Occasional out-of-town, overnight travel may be required
May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays as necessary to carry out key job functions

WALL PANEL DESIGNER
Job Description
Responsible for converting sales orders into mechanical drawings (including engineering, approval drawings, layouts and shop cutting) used for the manufacturing and assembling of products through effective communication, cooperation and technical ability by performing the following duties:
* Provides wall panel designs on all assigned jobs (layouts, cutting lists, material lists, files, etc.) according to the plan and bid specifications, quote, and shipping restrictions using MiTek software (SE Version)
* Majority of work will be commercial design, focusing on multi-family structures
* Demonstrates effective communication, cooperation, collaboration, and technical ability when preparing drawings for the manufacturing and assembling of various products.
* Takes initiative to solve problems for internal and paying customers through efficient troubleshooting, effective plan reading, by communicating any issues and/or concerns to the appropriate people, and by documenting the solution/s.
* Ensures economical and proper use of materials according to current inventory levels and material costs.
* Completes all assigned jobs to meet current drafting schedule.
* Ensures efficient production according to plant capabilities through proper design and adequate notation.
* Maintains detailed records and reports of related information on a job-to-job basis.
* Consistently demonstrates an effort to maintain an efficient and organized working environment.
* Provides efficient, accurate and economical resolutions to customer complaints.
