Stays on top of all OEM technical service bulletins of reported issues. * Coach and mentor Service Managers and FSTs on best practices for equipment reliability, quality assurance, and process adherence. * Conduct regular site visits to perform unit condition audits, observe field operations, identify performance gaps, and collaborate with BU leaders to develop and execute improvement plans. * Provide recommendations to Business Unit leaders on optimal candidates for improved performance through improved maintenance quality or defining a plan to improve poor performing units that are a result of mechanical or customer issues. * Reviewing of fluid sampling, identifying trends and severity 4 samples to ensure regulatory compliance and timely repairs, by working directly with Business Unit leaders for action to correct and solve issues. * Organize and facilitate regular training sessions, toolbox talks, and operational meetings to reinforce safety, quality, and maintenance best practices. * Provides knowledge, advice and input to training material development.
