Participate in on-call coverage for cardiothoracic surgical services as required. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete documentation in the electronic health record. Adhere to evidence-based practices, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, morbidity and mortality conferences, and performance review activities. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, medical staff bylaws, and regulatory requirements. Skills and Competencies Strong surgical and clinical decision-making skills.
