Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home assessments including an evaluation of past medical history, review of systems, medication reconciliation, vital signs, and comprehensive physical exam

Position Summary
Under the supervision of the Medical Director, the Physician Assistant provides expanded care to patients by exercising independent judgment related to patient assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and counseling.
