What You Will Do
As a member of our Americas Sales Operations team, you will:
* Provide New Year Readiness support for Americas Software and Services, assisting in preparations and process updates for the upcoming fiscal year.
* Support goaling, bookings, and pipeline reporting to ensure sales targets and progress are tracked accurately.
* Conduct sales data analysis and assist in the development of monthly business requirements documentation.
* Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (using platforms such as Centro, Salesforce, FinBI, and HANA) to deliver actionable business insights to sales and leadership teams.
* Collaborate with SW/Svcs leaders and cross-functional teams to develop, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
* Support sales leaders with "run-the-business," "report-the-business," and "change-the-business" activities by providing data, reports, and operational assistance.
* Assist with compensation support activities, helping to ensure accurate and timely processing.
* Help gather business requirements, create mockups, and contribute to quarterly and monthly business reviews.
* Participate in sales enablement activities and operational efficiency projects, working closely with various stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
* BA/BS degree
* 1-3 years of experience in a business analyst or related role

The starting salary range posted for this position is $92,000.00 to $123,800.00 and reflects the projected salary range for new hires in this position in U.S. and/or Canada locations, not including incentive compensation*, equity, or benefits.

For non-sales roles, employees are also eligible to earn annual bonuses subject to Cisco's policies.
Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable Cisco plan. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
* .75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
* 1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
* 1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and
* Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay 0% up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.

Role Summary
The Financial Analyst I solves finance solutions which ensure timely and accurate preparation and record keeping of debt, lease, and credit facility activities for Alaska Air, Horizon Air and Hawaiian Airlines. Key Duties
Financial Analyst I
Administers portfolio of aircraft debt, operating leases, and credit facilities:

The WSLCB Information Technology Services Division is announcing an exciting opportunity for Data Management Specialist (IT Data Management -Senior/Specialist) in Olympia, WA. This position reports to the LEEADS and Data Analytics Services Manager in the WSLCB's Information Technology Services Division (ITSD).
In this role, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the governance framework necessary for creating, testing, and maintaining complex database systems for the agency including reviewing other technical team member designs for compliance and efficiency. You will develop data solutions that meet access, security, and quality controls required to ensure the highest level of data accuracy, integrity, and fidelity. You will also build and maintain reports through custom and BI solutions. * Develop the data conversion and/or migration plan to include scope, resources and timeline for data conversion and migration activities.
* Ensure functional life cycle management standards are designed, documented, communicated, and updated on a regular basis.
* Develop and implement request handling and escalation policies and procedures. The expected outcome aligns escalation policies and procedures with expectations of the business owners, stakeholders, division, and agency.
* Ensure test plans and test cases to validate software is secure and meets state, agency, and NIST guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
Six (6) years of professional experience in enterprise data governance and principles of data management and the data life cycle.
OR
A Bachelor's degree or above in Data Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or other closely related field will substitute for 2 years of experience mentioned above.
AND
Four (4) years of experience in the following:
* Standard Software Development Life Cycle while implementing enterprise principles, concepts, practices, and current industry standards as they relate to application development.
* Data management, data integration/backup, database development and data performance optimization.
* Working in a Microsoft-based environment.
AND
Three (3) years of experience in applications development, including experience in designing, developing, and maintaining applications using industry standard tools and development languages. Required languages at a minimum include Python, SQL, C#, JSON, and PowerShell.
AND
Two (2) years of experience in leading a team on medium to large scale development efforts.
Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

8 years of experience (Experience with Navy acquisition and/or In-Service Programs highly preferred)
Strong customer, interpersonal and organizational level communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs, to include Excel and PowerPoint.
Written communication skills (e.g., drafting program impact statements and Congressional Appeals)
Experience leading a project and interfacing with an end item customer.
Ability to travel at least 10% of the time.
Additional desired experience and skills:
Active-Duty experience (former Missile Technician) in submarine service (SSBN) is a plus.
Recent experience in Team Submarine and/or SSP would be ideal.
