Role Overview
The ProductManager - AI & Operational Transformation owns the business vision, execution strategy, and adoption of ADCO's next-generation project operating model.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Product Ownership
· Own the product vision and roadmap for ADCO's AI-enabled project operations.
· Define clear business objectives, success metrics, and ROI for AI and process initiatives.

Process Transformation & Change Leadership
· Lead teams through the modernization of legacy workflows across estimating, engineering, procurement, accounting, and field operations.

Cross-Functional Leadership
