Proactively pitch and develop new style ideas to expand and evolve the product assortment. Who You Are: A trend-obsessed creative with an eye for what's next in fashion, particularly in sportswear and streetwear. Super organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Experienced in tech packs, garment construction, and manufacturing processes. Comfortable working with manufacturers and understanding the sampling and production process. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Excel (experience with PLM software is a plus). Passionate about blending fashion and function in innovative ways. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in fashion design, product development, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of textiles, garment dyeing, and embellishment techniques. Experience working with both domestic and international manufacturers.
