This position is with a well respected glazing contractor and you will be manage glazing and facade projects (interior and/or low-rise exterior) from pre-construction through close-out, ensuring schedule, budget, quality and safety objectives are met. Responsibilities: Lead project planning: scope review, schedule development, resource allocation. Manage subcontractors, trade partners and suppliers; oversee installation of curtain wall, storefronts, partitions, etc. Monitor budget vs actuals; track costs, change orders, and manage tolerances. Maintain project documentation: reports, meeting minutes, QA/QC logs, submittals and RFIs. Interface with client/GC/architect: provide progress updates, respond to design changes, manage expectations. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, site standards and commissioning (if applicable). Drive project close-out: punch list, warranties, O&M manuals, client handover. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience. 5-10+ years in glazing or facade contracting (or a closely related trade) with successful project delivery.
