Dhrupad Trivedi joined A10 Networks in December 2019 as president and chief executive officer. From 2010 to 2019, Dr. Trivedi served in multiple roles as executive vice president at Belden including Tripwire, corporate development, network solutions platform and Trapeze Networks. Prior to this, he held multiple general management and corporate development roles at JDS Uniphase. Trivedi holds a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from University of Massachusetts, Amherst, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from University of Alabama and an MBA in finance from Duke University. Trivedi brings global leadership experience across multiple businesses and is passionate about driving leading technology businesses to win by creating value for customers.

He grew Puppet’s global presence, opening new offices in Seattle, Singapore, Sydney, Tokyo and Timisoara, Romania. Prior to that, he spent two decades in senior leadership roles at Microsoft, VMware and EMC Corp. As a “global citizen,” Sanjay’s move to Commvault’s New Jersey headquarters is a return to his roots. He has family in the New Jersey area and is on the board of directors at Drew University, his alma mater. In addition to his board role at Drew, where he studied computer science and math, he serves on the boards of Datameer, Portland Center Stage and Puppet. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. A father of two adult daughters, he recognizes and supports the importance of diversity in the workplace. He is also a “ridiculously passionate” fan of cricket - which is a source of good-natured teasing from his daughters.
