This role is responsible for regulatory compliance and quality standards in accordance with Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT) guidelines. Under the direction of operational and clinical leadership, the Supervisor leads the compliance audits, corrective action process, and other quality and compliance activities designated in the Quality Management Plan and Audit Calendar.
Ensures compliance with FACT, CIBMTR, and other applicable agencies by continually engaging agencies around updates, identifying and updating internal SOPs to reflect changes, and coordinating and documenting education to necessary parties. Regularly reviews status of annual competency requirements, identifies avenues to assist in meeting requirements, and notifies participants of any deficiencies throughout the year.
Partners with IS, Best Practice, Clinical Transformation, analytics, patient engagement, patient safety, risk management and other teams to coordinate improvements in education, workflow, Epic, and other areas identified by project teams. Will participate in Quality Management Committee meetings/Transplant CPC meetings and collaborate with various clinical departments for planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of all quality management activities throughout the service line.
Manages the Quality Calendar and performs associated audits. Shares audit results with leadership, proposes and implements corrective action plans.
Participates in the design, creation, validation, analysis, and communication of clinical quality data as it related to organizational priorities in partnership with analytics and other relevant teams. Works closely with Data Managers to ensure data integrity and quarterly CPI requirements are met.
Supports the evaluation and continual improvement of quality and safety at Swedish, as represented by the quality management system and/or other standardized practices across the enterprise. Uses standardized principles (i.e., document vetting and control) and processes (i.e., internal audits, preventative/corrective action, risk reduction, action planning) as appropriate.
Remains current and knowledgeable about regulatory requirements and payor/government programs such as FACT and CIBMTR. References that information to design effective systems and processes and meets or exceeds those standards.
Creates project summaries and reports, leads project committees/workgroups, and provides presentations and other communications to local and system-wide groups/teams in partnership with division leadership as needed.
Participates thoughtfully and constructively in team meetings. Assists with onboarding of new team members.
Maintains minimum 10 hours of cellular therapy education.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Nursing; graduation from an accredited school.
Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.

Position Overview:

Role Summary
The Corporate QA/QC Manager is the single corporate authority for quality assurance and quality control across Hermanson's fabrication and field installation activities. The role owns and governs QA/QC systems supporting piping fabrication, structural steel, skids, sheet metal, plumbing, and general mechanical installation, with an initial and primary emphasis on piping and fabrication shop operations.
Periodic travel to fabrication shops and active projects (regional and national as needed)
This role establishes durable, auditable quality systems that project teams inherit and execute. It is a corporate leadership position, not a project inspection role.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Corporate QA/QC Ownership
Serve as the company-wide authority for QA/QC, welding, and fabrication quality
Establish and enforce a unified QA/QC framework across all mechanical trades
Maintain sole interpretation authority for applicable codes, standards, and company requirements
Exercise stop-work authority for quality or compliance issues
2. Fabrication & Piping Focus (Initial Priority)
Own and lead QA/QC system implementation and certification compliance for fabrication shops, with an initial emphasis on piping, skids, and structural steel.
Ensure shop practices, welding, inspection, and documentation align with approved procedures
Establish traceability, inspection points, nonconformance, and corrective action processes
Prepare fabrication operations for audits and owner/EPC review
Stabilize and integrate AWS, AISC, and ASME programs into one coherent system
3. Certification & Code Compliance Leadership
Own and maintain quality programs supporting:
AWS welding requirements
AISC (STD) structural steel certification
ASME (B31.1 power piping with Section IX welding only)
Lead certification applications, audits, surveillance, and corrective actions
Act as primary interface with auditors, Authorized Inspectors (AI), owners, and EPCs
Ensure certification scope remains disciplined and free of unnecessary expansion
4. Welding Program Management
Own the corporate welding program including:
WPS, PQR, welder qualifications, and continuity
Alignment between AWS and ASME Section IX requirements
Ensure welding practices in the shop and field conform to approved procedures
Determine appropriate use of third-party CWIs, NDT, and specialty inspection services
5. Multi-Trade QA/QC Standards (Phased Expansion)
Establish corporate QA/QC standards for:
Sheet metal fabrication and installation
Plumbing systems
General mechanical installation work
Define inspection points, documentation expectations, and acceptance criteria by trade
Phase implementation to avoid overloading projects while improving consistency
Audit projects periodically for compliance with corporate standards
6. Training, Audits & Continuous Improvement
Train shop personnel, project managers, superintendents, and foremen on quality requirements
Implement nonconformance reporting, corrective action, and root cause processes
Conduct internal audits and readiness reviews prior to external audits
Drive continuous improvement across fabrication and field installation
7. Cross-Functional & Strategic Support
Support estimating, procurement, and operations with code-compliant execution strategies
Participate in risk reviews where quality, fabrication approach, or certification impacts scope
Advise executive leadership on quality risk, capability gaps, and future certification needs
Qualifications (Required)
10+ years experience in fabrication, welding, piping, or mechanical construction quality
Demonstrated experience leading QA/QC programs at a corporate or multi-project level
Proven ownership of audits and corrective actions (AISC and/or ASME preferred)
Strong working knowledge of piping, structural steel, and mechanical installation practices
Ability to operate effectively with executives, shop leadership, and field teams
Certifications
AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI): Preferred
If not held, must be able and willing to obtain within 12 months (company supported)
Experience with ASME or AISC audits is strongly preferred
This role exists to own, enforce, and sustain quality standards across the enterprise, ensuring durable compliance beyond initial certifications.

* Evaluate claim quality for Operations. Maintain audit performance statistics and error trends.
* Review our Service Specialists and Support Team inbound calls to offer feedback based on ability to provide exceptional customer service focused on the customer experience, employee experience, ability to display empathy and build a connection with our customer and provide valuable information while strengthening our brand.
* Review and evaluate online communication via text, chat and/or email to ensure that exceptional written communication is provided to our customers.
* Review and evaluate daily Group Administration transactions for retro adjustments, new groups, data entry transactions, and specific document processes.
* Review and evaluate PSR updates including, address changes, TIN changes, and EFT adjustments associated with TIN adjustments, network adds, credentialing and recredentialing.
* Partner and collaborate monthly with Operations Training Dept. to review performance and potential areas for associate development.
* Maintain current knowledge base of these consistently changing entities: Dental on Demand system enhancements and modifications, procedural documentation, contract terms, federal and state regulations, Delta Dental Plans Association policies and procedures and any other information pertaining to accuracy.
* Maintain open communication between Quality Management and Operations Leadership and staff, building open lines of communication to strengthen the team's relationship with all groups.

* One year call center, claims processing, Provider Services and/or Group Administration experience required.
* Effective communication skills (both written and oral)
* Proven skills in working independently and as part of a team, while using discretion in decision making and good judgment in problem solving
* Proficient PC skills, experience with Excel and Access
* A high degree of impartiality and confidentiality when reviewing work to insure objective reporting
* A strong desire to perform well and continue to learn
* High School diploma or equivalent required.

Position Reports To: Practice Manager
Responsibilities
Provide primary health care to patients. Examination, diagnosis, and treatment of both chronic and acute episodic illnesses and minor injuries. Refers to physician as needed. Writes prescriptions and performs office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment.
Counsels patients and families and helps them understand issues related to physical and emotional health.
Participates in health promotional activities.
Participates in decisions, planning, and policies related to clinical care.
Maintains thorough and complete medical records in a timely manner and demonstrates proficiency in using the Electronic Medical Record documentation system.
Records statistics and conducts research as deemed necessary.
Collaborates with staff and physicians to identify patient's needs and help develop plan to meet those needs.
Required to maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
Other duties as assigned.
Demonstrate Standards of Behavior and adhere to the Code of Conduct in all aspects of job performance at all times.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Registered Nurse and ARNP licensure with prescriptive authority in the state of Washington, required by start date.
