The Quality organization is hiring a F-15 Quality Program Manager (QPM) in St Louis. This position will be responsible for all aspects of quality on the F-15 Program and lead a large, diverse team that spans multiple buildings and shifts in the St Louis area. Successful candidates will effectively work at all levels of the organization to develop and drive quality improvement strategies.

What You'll Do:
* Oversee the review of project scope, quality requirements, contract documents, electrical drawings, and manufacturer specifications to ensure compliance with project goals
* Lead the scheduling, planning, and execution of quality monitoring activities, surveillance inspections, and testing for critical electrical tasks (underground conduit installations, wire pulls, terminations, equipment energization, and rough-in inspections
* Direct and handle the commissioning process on the project inclusive of the startup plan, commissioning schedule, and functional testing
* Lead all activities required in the project closeout inclusive of operations and maintenance manuals, model turn over, and training
* Resolve site commissioning issues and concerns
* Manage and implement the QC Program
* Ensure testing is performed and provide QC certifications and documentation as required
* Manage and coordinate each phase of control and documentation performed by testing personnel
* Conduct QC meetings with project team
* Implement methods for monitoring work activities to accurately inform project manager and/or project superintendent of current status of work activity
* Coordinate follow-up inspections
* Document all quality inspections and pre-installation meetings
* Manage and lead QC team in the implementation of Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and ensure accurate documentation of test results, continuity checks, insulation resistance testing, torque verifications, and other electrical QC reports
* Review submittals for accuracy and compliance with plans and specifications
* Ensure that shop drawing and submittal review and approval process is effective and efficient
* Stay up to date with industry codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE, NETA) and communicate any updates to the project team

Essential Functions
Serves as Program Quality Enhancement Manager for Central and Southern Regions.
