We are seeking a Quality Manager for our Whitesboro, New York. The QA Manager will utilize skills, experience, and knowledge to initiate, establish and sustain methods for controlling the quality and integrity of all systems, processes, and procedures related to the production of manufacturing components. Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all aspects of the Quality Assurance Department, including development and implementation of robust processes utilizing lean disciplines.
Hands-on involvement in all aspects of the Site Quality Manager Systems (QMS) and functions.
Develop and manage performance of all Quality Assurance personnel, instilling positive reinforcements and taking corrective measures as appropriate.
Manage the Metrology processes.
Ensure controls are in place to maintain accreditations.
Establish, maintain, and solidify long-term relationships with customers.
Manage non-conformance processes: review deviations, disposition, perform root cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer documentation submissions.
Accurately read and interpret blueprints, technical sketches, drawings, configuration, and customer documents to meet job requirements.
Think and act analytically to achieve effective solutions, with exceptional attention to detail and ability to solve practical job-related problems required.
Represent the company during audits of the quality system by customers or third-party vendors.
Actively support a process of continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, required engineering or technical degree, preferred.
5 years of supervision in manufacturing environment,
3 years of Quality department management experience leading site quality initiatives and working with OEM and 1st tier suppliers

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $100,000.00- $140,000.00 annually based on experience. Program and operate Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using Calypso software to inspect precision-machined parts.
Perform first article, in-process, and final inspection, ensuring compliance with engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Interpret technical drawings and GD&T requirements to define effective inspection strategies.
Maintain accurate inspection records, nonconformance reports, and traceability documentation.
Support or perform non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as liquid penetrant, magnetic particle, or ultrasonic testing (as qualified).
Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and project teams to address quality concerns and resolve discrepancies.
Participate in root cause analysis, corrective actions, and quality improvement initiatives.
Assist in the continuous enhancement of quality procedures, inspection plans, and tooling.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within a machine shop or precision manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in Zeiss CMM operation and Calypso programming.

Familiarity with non-destructive testing methods; MT/PT/UT certification is a plus.
