This role is critical in driving operational excellence through the implementation of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. The Industrial Engineer will work closely with Production leadership and cross-functional teams to eliminate waste, optimize processes, and enhance productivity across assembly, machine floor, and logistics operations.
