The team is seeking an experienced Senior Director to serve as the Division's Controller to provide financial leadership for all of the Business Management functions and deliverables. This position will report directly to the Vice President of Business Management with dotted line reporting responsibility to the Vice President & Sector Controller for the Aeronautics Systems Sector. This Senior Director is responsible for ensuring all compliance with NG policies, internal controls, and disclosed practices. The successful candidate will have experience in large organizations and have significant expertise in business and financial disciplines, including, but not limited to, financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring adequacy of financial controls and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, especially in the area of EAC profitability analysis, and budget management for indirect costs, research & development and non-contractual technical activities, and capital expenditures.
