Mr. Lach is in charge of the operating, strategic and financial performance of RedZone and brings significant operational expertise to RedZone. Prior to RedZone, Mr. Lach served as President and COO of GridPoint, an established leader in smart energy solutions. Prior to GridPoint, he was the President and COO of NeuStar, Inc. (NYSE:NSR), a trusted, neutral provider of real-time information and analysis to the Internet, telecommunications, entertainment and marketing industries. He joined NeuStar when it was a private company and drove 19 consecutive quarters of growth before going public in 2005. Prior to his post at NeuStar, Lach served as the President of Network and Systems at Winstar Communications where he oversaw the engineering, construction, and operations of Winstar’s national infrastructure. Mr. Lach received a B.S. with distinction in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University where he was a Franklin W. Hosken scholar.

Mr. Yingst is responsible for all of the Operations and Finance at RedZone. He has specific experience in the U.S. and international water/wastewater market. Prior to joining RedZone, Mr. Yingst had previous senior management positions with Siemens for ten years. In his last role there he was the Vice President of Finance for Siemens Water Technologies. He established and led the organization’s financial operations in 48 countries, with full P&L responsibility. In this role, Mr. Yingst established and managed financial performance, the development of six global operational center of excellence, and put in place key performance indicators to track results. He has been involved in numerous international and domestic acquisitions and integrations and he helped lead the development of a consolidated US entity focused on the industrial and municipal markets. Mr. Yingst has a Bachelor of Science degree from Lebanon Valley College.
